Can I shop with you as a private individual?
Yes. Private individuals can shop directly in the online store without registering. Businesses also receive special prices, invoices and access to professional features.
Can you deliver goods on the same day?
Yes, goods in stock in Larvik can be sent directly by Express in urgent cases, but otherwise they are normally dispatched on the same day.

How long does it take to register a customer relationship?
Registration normally takes less than 1 minute. Companies are automatically assigned a profile, customer number and access to contract prices.

Do you ship goods nationwide?
Yes. We ship daily throughout Norway with tracking and fast delivery times. We also ship abroad if necessary.
Do you offer payment by invoice?
Yes. Businesses can choose invoice as their payment method. Private individuals can use cards, Vipps or other available payment solutions.

Can I collect goods myself?
Yes. Goods can be collected directly from our warehouse in Larvik once the order has been confirmed as picked.
How does the credit check work for business customers?
Credit checks are performed automatically upon registration or when placing your first order. This usually takes less than 10 seconds.
Do you offer special rates for businesses and public sector customers?
Yes. Registered business customers with a signed agreement automatically gain access to agreement prices, volume discounts and offers tailored to their industry.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer card payments, Vipps and invoicing for businesses. Businesses with an agreement can also get customised payment terms.
