What is soot, and how can it be removed?

Witch soot is a greasy, fine layer of soot that often occurs when candles or dust burn incompletely and stick to cold surfaces. Ordinary soap only makes it stickier.
Solution: Use a degreasing agent such as Pro Nautilus (1–3 % manual wash) and wipe with a microfibre cloth. On delicate surfaces, use a scouring pad.

How do I remove stubborn stains?

First identify the type of stain – grease, protein or dye.
Solution: Spray Turbo Stain Remover concentrated, leave for 1–2 minutes, rub gently with a cloth and rinse. Always test on a small, hidden area first.

What types of cleaning products do you offer?

Are your products environmentally friendly?
